When will my order arrive?
Standard US delivery is within 7 calendar days of ordering, including handling and transit. Standard shipping is included. Some addresses, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO and territories, may not be supported. Delivery details

How do I choose the right size?
Check the measurements on the product page and compare them with your pet or the space you have in mind. Size names vary between products. Need a second opinion? Send us the measurements before ordering.
What if it’s not quite right?
Request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage to our partner in China and a 20% restocking fee apply. Please contact us for authorization first. Read the return policy
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email team@denandnook.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, subject to the full policy. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
